Request account and data deletion
Before You Delete
Please read carefully before proceeding with account deletion.
- Deleting your account will permanently remove all card information and data.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered.
- Cloud backup data will also be deleted.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the app:

Open the ONEWallet app

Go to Settings

Select 'Delete Account' in the 'Account' section

Follow the instructions to complete the deletion
