Discover is the one tab in ONEWallet that shows you things you didn't add yourself — featured offers, new brand catalogs, and the occasional tip. Because it's the exception to "everything here is yours," it's worth being clear about how it works.
What shows up
- Featured offers — deals and promotions from brands, chosen editorially by our team.
- Brand catalog updates — newly supported stores so adding a card gets faster.
- Product tips — the same kind of guidance you'll find on this blog and in Tips & Guide.
How offers get chosen
The list is curated, not personalized from your wallet. We weigh whether an offer is genuinely useful, whether the brand is one ONEWallet already supports, and increasingly which region you're in — a recent update started sorting recommended cards by country so the suggestions actually match where you shop.
The feed is tuned by where you are, not by what's in your wallet.
What never happens
This is the important part. Discover is built so that curating offers never requires reading your cards:
- Your saved cards, numbers, and barcodes stay on your device.
- We don't build an advertising profile out of the cards you hold.
- You don't need an account to use the app, and Discover doesn't change that.
If you'd rather skip it
Discover is a tab, not a takeover. Spend your time on the home screen with your own cards and you'll rarely see it. It's there when you want something new, and out of the way when you don't.
